Subscription and Payment

1 – Complete the online registration form

You can either register online (Register Form Page) or you can download the .pdf file, fill it in and send it back using one of the following methods:

If you choose the online registration remember to fill in all mandatory fields, the registration will not be otherwise considered valid. The registration will be confirmed only after the payment of the registration fee.

2 – Send an ID format photo of you for the pass by:

4 – Send the copy of the receipt by:

If you use the Credit Card Method we will receive the receipt at the end of process so you will not have to send it.

5 – Registration fee

Participation fee:

€ 400,00 full fee;

€ 360,00 reduced fee for registrations and payments before 15th May 2017;

Special offers for group of 5 students. Please write to workshop@venetojazz.com;

not include travel expenses, food or accommodation.

6 – Registration Confirmation

The registration will be confirmed payment (usually for foreign bank transfer the transaction takes 4/5 days). The fee payment must be done within ten days from registration.

7 – Enrolment after July 7th

For registration after July 7th please contact the Veneto Jazz office (workshop@venetojazz.com) to check for availability. The fee must be paid soon after the registration.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the case of cancellation, please send your refund request by email to workshop@venetojazz.com.
Refunds will be considered on an individual basis by the Veneto Jazz workshop coordinator after a written request of the student.
A charge of 20% will be applied to cancellations before May 31st, 2017.
A charge of 50% will be applied to cancellations after May 31st, 2017.
There will be no refunds after the 15th of June, except for specific cases that will be evaluated by the Workshop Coordination.
